Going the Extra Mile

When high-end jewelry designer needed to ship over $250,000 worth of merchandise from Los Angeles to a New York City retail store, everything needed to go smoothly. It was a late order, but the team managed to prepare and send it out Priority Overnight on a Friday, ensuring it would get there on Saturday to be worn at an event on Sunday. 

Scheduled for Saturday delivery, the packages were marked as delivered with a signature — but the store reported they hadn't received them. Facing unresponsive carrier reps due to the weekend, the situation seemed dire.

Not one to leave things to chance, the client reached out to Cabrella. Our Head of Security immediately coordinated with the carrier's security team. Together, they discovered the packages had been mistakenly delivered to a nearby church. 

The carrier quickly rectified the error, retrieving and correctly delivering the goods, averting a significant financial loss. The client was ecstatic, sharing, "Incredibly beyond grateful to you and your team for all the efforts that went into this. Happy to sing Cabrella's praises!”
